Deposits / Cancellations & No Shows

 

Please be aware that a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to your future booking. Any changes or cancellations made to your appointment within 24 hours, will incur a 50% charge of the appointment price. This is covered by your 50% deposit). If you don’t show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booking, as per our ‘no show’ policy. If you have already paid a 50% deposit, then you will be charged a further 50%.

Late Policy

​

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your result. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled and charged 50% of the service price. Please understand that the time period booked for your appointment is crucial as eyelash extensions require a very detailed and time consuming skill that cannot be rushed. Please let us know if you are running late so that we can determine whether or not we can continue with your appointment or reschedule for another date/time.

No Show Policy

​

No shows have a very damaging impact on us as a business as we have set aside an allocated time and day for your appointment. If you do not show up, we miss out on getting paid. By then it is too late to replace your appointment with another client. We send out reminder emails and texts 24 hours prior to your appointment so there should be no reason to not show up without any notice.
